How do baking biscuits ever be rapid? You usually must get a scale, carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the bread for ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, moon and star shapes then wait a second century'til they are baked.
NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That is just not how I roll up. But after that I stumbled upon those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyway.)
Okay, they don't taste exactly like the cookies you receive round Christmas time. Instead they are a little more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.
However, what largely convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.
Probably the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is they call for just two ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anybody can mix two components.
Though in the event you want to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!
It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gont cover me should you consume them), however I must say one more awesome thing about these cookies.
They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the first I finished the remainder inside an hour.
They are perfect for hiking excursions or other occasions where you need a quick pleasant bite on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a fast bite in my backpack.
It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the normal cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.
Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.
Take oats for example. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which consequently will help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.
These nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- significant for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller
Same with peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just because they have a decent number of good carbs but for being the big players in the potassium game.
Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a tough day before you.
Because you can see, I am a huge fan.
Here is a good illustration of when I could have done with a couple of those cookies. Regrettably, I didn't have them with me.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
Take a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy
Add the cup of yogurt and any of the optional ingredients

To create the cookie shape just grab a spoon and scoop an adequate sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did at the photo above. It is super fast and effortless.
Away it goes into the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
